The beginning of a career, or a tough start

It is difficult to start any business, it is especially difficult to start your career. Everything will be new for a person: the environment, responsibilities, and attitude.

At first, starting a career will seem like a real torture, as a beginner is usually looked at condescendingly or with a fair amount of sympathy. This attitude completely kills any creative impulses, so it is very difficult for a beginner to break through. As a result, there are only a few options left to deal with the problem.

The first option is to play a stupid, constantly forgetting employee. If you choose such a role, the level of requirements decreases dramatically. However, there are dangers here. A person can play too much, and then forget that he knew something. In addition, such an unreliable employee is often not trusted with important and responsible tasks, so there is no need to wait for career growth.

The second option is to choose the role of a smartass. You can constantly demonstrate with your whole appearance that you know much more than it might seem at first glance. Unfortunately, starting a career in this role can be very difficult. No one will come to the aid of a proud and omniscient colleague, so you will have to figure everything out on your own. To top it all off, the workforce, which has rallied over the years of working together, often opposes the pioneers, so they become outcasts. True, sometimes it's easier to make a brilliant career alone than when working in a team, but for this a person must have the innate ability to go over their heads.

The third option is complete unity with the team. Of course, it will be difficult to get used to the mores and needs of each member of this large team, but success is worth it. With this approach, you will be provided with help from colleagues, their friendly complicity, which will help you make a good career much faster than leaving the team.

As you can see, the beginning of a career can be completely different. Everything will depend on the individual, on their aspirations and capabilities. For someone, their first job will become their home, which they will not leave until retirement. For another person, it will be a springboard that will propel them up the career ladder. There is simply no universal recipe for a successful career start, and everyone invents it on their own.   3. Para incidir en políticas públicas educativas, ambientales y económicas.
